Each item must be accompanied with an order form. (click to view form)  You will need Adobe Reader to view the form. If you are bringing multiple items, please pin the form to the corresponding item to avoid any confusion.

Be sure to note the embroidery font or monogram you want on your item.

Once we get your items with order form we will let you know a timeframe to when the order can be completed. 

Payment:  You can pay us upon pick up or we can send you a PayPal invoice.
